「A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the...

「The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. 」

「The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return .」

Staffing mainly remote but friendly. Depending on your needs this a...

「Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.」

「Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .」

Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...
