「The room I had was not what was pictured. I still don’t know how they got a high star rating. The room was old and falling apart. The shower curtain didn’t even fit the shower so there was water all over the floor. There were stains on the furniture and the bed wasn’t made properly. Almost like someone who made up the bed right after sleeping on it. The nightstand drawer inside was gross. I don’t believe it’s ever been cleaned. 「Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains.
