「The property itself is great even if the parking garage is a little inconveniently placed. It’s not a far walk, but can be tedious with traffic. Rooms and property maintain the historic elements of the previous bank usage now with modern amenities. The biggest downside is the homeless outreach center across the street, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there are some extremely aggressive individuals that can make you feel unsafe.」

Food 9 out of 10 Service 8 only because the breakfast to go pickup seemed unorganized and delayed even though I was the only patron picking up at the time and when I checked out it was a very generic grab of the key without kindness or how I was greeted upon arrival. I never expressed any complaint about the service. Property great and would be hard to beat at any 5 star resort! 」
