"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

"The hotel is literally right next to shepherd's bush station so very easily accessible, fast food, coffee shops & supermarket all less than 5mins walk. Hotel was ok for the price for London. On arrival our room had scaffolding outside the window so was unable to see anything, i wasnt informed about this prior to my arrival . The place is very old and a little scary, but the staff there are super friendly and helpful. It’s like a hostel where people live there… full time? Maybe halfway house?"
