I had booked a superior king bedroom but they had upgraded us to a suite which was so special, there was a card in the room congratulating us on our 16th anniversary. Such lovely touches to make the experience truly memorable. The bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The suite was spacious with a great view of the beautiful city of Chester. 「Within easy walking distance of the City centre. The hotel was well run and the staff were very helpful. A very nice self service breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy. Tha only downside was the room was warm and the bed cover had a heavy duvet in it which made it difficult to get to sleep. Once we sorted this out everything was OK. I would recommend.」
