「Beautiful hotel. No complaints! 」

「Location was great and I loved the property. It had a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, a musician in the bar at night on the weekends and a cool tiki bar in the back. Lots of parking both near the entrance and across the street. Staff was friendly and the food was good. 」

「The room was always spotless, and all of the staff was very pleasant. One suggestion I have is availability of water bottles as well as control over the room thermostat. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again」

「I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.」

「The staff greeted me and treated my wife and I very nicely. Our room was very clean and perfectly ready for us. The bed and comforter were both extremely comfortable. The t.v. was easy to easy access any and all the channels provided which was more than I expected. The location was great and the grounds were very well taken care of. There was an owl in the trees across the parking lot that was hooting occasionally while I was outside. That was a great touch of nature of course...

「The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again.」
