"Airport shuttle was really helpful. Didn’t get breakfast cause we left at 4:30 am, so can’t speak to that. We had trouble checking in — something went wrong and it didn’t get pushed from Expedia to the hotel system, so we had to call Expedia customer service in order to check in. Everything at the hotel was great. "

"During our stay, we experienced multiple days of water shortages, inadequate hot water supply, and poor water pressure. Concurrently, the communication from the front desk staff was severely lacking in professionalism. In a hospitality setting, it is imperative to maintain a positive and courteous demeanor at all times. Unfortunately, the staff engaged in deceptive behavior, falsely informing me that the water pressure had been resolved. However, they refrained from entering my room until two days prior to the conclusion of my two-and-a-half-week stay. Furthermore, the establishment charges for providing new towels, bedding, and Wi-Fi access, despite offering complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. They were supposed to come and refresh my room on the 14th day but never came. Notably, the staff repeatedly knocked on our room door and called our room multiple times, citing a noise complaint while we were sound asleep. I would never recommend this establishment or any other chain connected to this establishment. "

"make sure to be at the checkin desk by or before 6PM, otherwise you have lost your first day and you wont be sure there will be a room the next day. dont believe Expedia they have spoken with someone no they dont and your reservation is gone and your first day is gone. make sure you are BEFORE 6PM as simple as that"
