「My son and I stayed overnight ahead of an early morning duck hunt at Fish Point Wildlife Refuge in Unionville—just a quick 25-minute drive from the hotel. 「Nice quiet in town for a wedding so just need a place for the night」

「The owner was very gracious and accommodating for our group in town for a gravel race. The atmosphere was excellent and while the location felt like a trip back in time it was clean and everything functioned as advertised. We will 100% be staying here again. 」

「It was a last minute decision as VRBO screwed up my original plans. We were pleasantly surprised at how kind the owners were and how clean the room was. It was kinda small but served it's purpose. Beds were very comfortable. It's definitely an older motel that is attempting to be revamped. Looking good so far. Would definitely stay again. And definitely grab breakfast at the North point grill and bar. Great food for a even better price. 」

「Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.」

「A great stay for a great price. It's not somewhere you'd hang out at but it serves as a base to go out and see the tri-city area」

「Really nice motel for the price. A little old but extremely comfortable. Good bed, good bedding, good towels, nice flat screen tv. Bathroom was a little small. Can't say a bad thing about it!」

「Extremely great hotel staff, we reached late at night, they offered a homemade food for us. Extremely hospitable. One room was not clean and ready, they called and requested us if they could offer a better room. It was like a home away from home .」
