「It was very nice, they have been redoing it. They don’t leave enough cups, coffee, tea, or water in the room. If you have 2 queen beds, you check to see how many are in the room and leave stuff accordingly. Mold in shower」

Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. 「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.」

「The staff were kind, despite issues at check-in due to them being ill informed. The rooms are overpriced for what you actually get. I got a corner room and there wasn't much more but empty space. The shower had no body wash, and there's no way to use it without making a mess on the floor. the front desk did not answer the phone, the room was not turned down after I was assured it would be and there's no microwave in the room.
