"The best place to stay on Seneca Lake. The accommodations are great and the lakeside views are magnificent. Walk down to the shore and see the beautiful Glenora Falls and enjoy a tasting at the winery. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Microtel. The room was very nice and I loved the raised sink and bar area in the "living room" area. We have stayed at other Microtels in the past and our golden retriever has always loved lying on the window seat so I was thrilled to see that this room had one as well. I really appreciate being able to open the windows instead of using the air conditioning. We appreciated the toiletries in the shower and bathroom. The staff was very nice (except for 1 little incident with the man who checked us in, he told me that my card hadn't gone through and argued with me when I told him that I had proof on my bank statement. Clearly he was wrong because he handed me the keys anyways). The breakfast options were very nice, hubby really enjoyed the french toast and Ilike the egg and sausage croissant and we even gave our pup one of the omelets. There truly were so many great options offered and the breakfast area was always neat and clean and well stocked. I love that there was an area for us to take our pup to use the bathroom and also that there were so many restaurant options all around us that we could even walk to. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Microtel has become our very favorite place to stay and we are already looking forward to returning in the fall. Highly recommend this place."

"Everything about the hotel was great, but the most important part was the attitude of one of the staff members Olivia. When we called the front desk about an issue in the room, she attended to it herself because the housekeeping staff was not available at that hour. She also took the trash out herself, cleaned the bathroom floor which was not really required, or expected from a front desk staff member."

"We visited this property for a short weekend away and were very pleased! The staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel was clean; all amenities were available and clean (pool, breakfast, onsite restaurant). Being close to Keuka lake was nice and outdoor furniture was available (even though our stay was chilly). I’d highly recommend!"
