「Clean property with a nice lobby and outdoor patio. Our room faced the patio and was dark and quiet. Breakfast choices were good. I removed a star because the bed was S0 hard and the pillows were scant and lumpy. The continuous fan option on the ac was broken so it kept turning on and off during the night, which was disruptive. Not a great nights sleep. Still, I might stay here again if I brought my own pillows.」

「First room they gave us wasn't cleaned and when arriving at the door was screamed at by housekeeping in arabic(?) I had no clue what he was saying to us but he made a phone call and pointed back to the lobby, followed us to the elevator and was trying to tell my husband and I to go down and the children stay with the bags (that wasn't happening!) Got to the front desk got a new room which wasn't what I booked/paid for so they brought a rollaway bed in and it had yellow stains all over it,...
