「Crystal was super kind to us at check in and helped our family get set. She went above and beyond to help us. Keith was helpful with our breakfast and spent time actually talking with us. He was especially kind to our little girls and made their morning! None of them had to be so kind. They could've been simply professional and polite, but both of them went above and beyond to be more than that - and we truly appreciate it. Thank you for having employees like both of them!」

「First room they gave us wasn't cleaned and when arriving at the door was screamed at by housekeeping in arabic(?) I had no clue what he was saying to us but he made a phone call and pointed back to the lobby, followed us to the elevator and was trying to tell my husband and I to go down and the children stay with the bags (that wasn't happening!) Got to the front desk got a new room which wasn't what I booked/paid for so they brought a rollaway bed in and it had yellow stains all over it,...
