"All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. My husband didn't find the pillows comfortable (too big) but it was fine for me. The only inconvenience was that the cooked breakfast takes a long time to wait as you order it, literally like dinner waiting time. We tried to solve that by ordering to the room by a certain time the next day but they still brought it 20min...

It was very quiet at night too, no banging doors, although not sure if it was because the hotel itself was quiet. The only negative was that the room was incredibly hot at night. We had to have the windows open quite wide overnight. "
