「First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!」

「We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english」

「Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.」

「There are cockroaches running around kitchen and bathroom. There is a mall at the base of the property but most of the shops are closed.」

「Check in was very inconvinience. Communicatiion break down. Should improve on this」

「The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. 」

「早餐卷只能炒飯炒麵炒米粉等四選一點了炒飯，小弟說沒炒飯了，我說那請給我anything 來了一盤薯條… 離開時，竟然要付費，因為薯條不在早餐菜單中… 付了30000印尼幣…」

「No cleaning done . They only offer late checkout and start cleaning at 4pm」

「Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences.」
