The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The food was great, the swimming pool, the proximity to the ferry terminal was awesome! The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my stay! I especially loved that I didn't have to rush and travel a great distance over time to the ferry terminal
