It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful ...

Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater.
