「Por el precio debería ser un hotel con muy buen. Servicio. El lunes está todo cerrado, restaurante, bar... Tuvimos que coger el coche para ir a comer a otro sitio. Fuimos a la piscina y había unas moscas que no dejaban de picarnos. Ahora el lugar es precioso.」

「Nice place, great location, lots of room. Very close to the city square but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Negatives for us were the AC only cooled to 26C (79F) and we were there during a heat wave. The bed was too soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It’s located in a ZTL so if you have a car, you’ll drop it at a car storage location and they’ll drive you in (25 per night). They’ll come get you on days you want to use your car.」

「L’hôtel dans un style ancien avec un bel décor. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. La personne à la réception était très professionnel et agréable. Le seul problème pour moi était le bruit de la rue avec des scooters qui passent toute la nuit (pas de double vitrage). Les occupants qui prenaient la douche à 2 h du matin et comme la tuyauterie est ancienne, cela était dérangeant. L’hôtel est bien situé ! Un avantage.」

「We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! 」

「This hotel is inside the Siena ZTL zone. We end up spending hours to deal with the rules, and probably will end with fines and insane parking cost. If you are driving, plan your trip ahead of time. The hours of reception and parking service is limited. For the € they charge, I would expect higher service standards. Bathroom is a little cramped, other aspects are good.」
