It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena.

The room was nothing at all like the photos , and it was not clean at all , the owner was terrible in communicating and was so rude. The Person who was cleaning the rooms was very nice, but our towels and bed sheets were not changing every day. The location was good , easily accessible to everywhere.

The property was nice and centrally located. Easy access to the Cathedral and Basilica. We got lucky with parking by finding a spot100 feet from the front door. Didn’t move the car for 3 days. The bathroom was very small and the shower even smaller. I’m 6-3 and While trying to was my feet I would hit the shower controls and turn the water, hot to cold or off. My wife at 5-2 didn’t have any issues. Also 3 flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay

Amazing property, i was 6 months pregnant and got heat stroke so was acting erratically I needed hospitalization and instead of acting with compassion he told me i was not normal. I did not feel safe

L’accueil exceptionnel! Un check-in facile. Les aires communes sont mignonnes, la chambre est correcte, j’ai aimé les toiles, mais de la difficulté avec le mobilier de piètre qualité qui enlève le charme aux toiles qui donnent le style, un magnifique jardin est accessible au bout de l’aire commune.

En general todo muy bien, pedi una pava y gentilmente el recepcionista me la dio a pesar que ya estaba fuera de su horario de trabajo. la crítica que hago es por el wifi, pésimo, el router lo tenía a menos de 50 metros y nunca me llegó la señal. El resto todo muy bien.

Situation intéressante pour visiter Sienne

Séjour convenable mais un rafraîchissement est nécessaire. Avions retenu une chambre triple mais avons eu seulement chambre double tout en ayant eu à payer 20 e supplémentaire car soi-disant pour un seul adulte! Pas logique. Bruit de la rue. Bien situé dans Sienne.
