「Our room was beautiful, on two levels with a balcony in front looking towards the centre of old Matera. Breakfast included a variety of Continental options. They even prepared breakfast for us on the last day, when we had to leave early. The service was fantastic, always available to advise us and anticipate our needs. 」

「A restaurant is exactly downstairs of our room, so it was quite noisy in the night time from the guests sitting outside of restaurant. Also there was a few second noise from the electric box of the room every minute when we turned on the air conditioning. The location of room is very good, walking distance to Matera old town. We really enjoy to stay at Matera.」

「Loved the property, the room and the location! The staff were super helpful reaching out prior to check in to coordinate arrival but also shared many great links to current events, restaurants, things to do etc. The room and shower were lovely, clean and spacious. The location could not have been better. Just at the top of the Sassi so easy to get to one of the main boulevards with many restaurants in the new section overlooking the Sassi as well as the Sassi itself. Parking was not available...
