「The hotel was very well laid out, clean and spacious. The team were excellent a helpful. Although we didn’t make use of it they have their own bar and restaurant attached. Great location in the riverside edge of the old town. Right by the main square and an easy and pleasant stroll to the Guggenheim. Would thoroughly recommend.」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
