「This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Location was great as it was close to many attractions such as the steps, Trevi fountain, pantheon. Shopping was literally right around the corners. The room was in very good condition but we were situations about 3min from where we checked into the hotel. We also didn’t have an elevator in our building. The last thing was being asked to pay for the hotel/city taxes in cash. They wouldn’t accept payment in any other form, which made it inconvenient. 」
