We loved our stay here! Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had to drop our luggages off before check-in and she kept them for us & moved them into our room when it was ready. She provided us snacks and coffee & booked us a taxi back to the airport the next day.

Excellent location with walking distance to all attractions in Rome and very friendly and helpful staff. Right near Spanish Steps and close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Clean and pleasant as well as good breakfast.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT! It’s steps away from all the best shopping, Spanish Steps and amazing food. The staff and service were great as well! The room is on the smaller scale but that’s how these old buildings were built. Absolutely loved it!

Once I got the hang of using all the entry keys everything was fine. A charming place with a dedicated and helpful staff. Only 6 rooms — felt like my own private apartment in the center of glorious Rome.

Situated right in the city centre within the high-end shopping….. Has air-conditioning and the staff were very knowledgeable and wanting to help with trips and transport Just down from the Spanish steps and lots of lovely places to eat and not too expensive either. Surprisingly quiet we found…… Alessia especially made stay great and also few questions before hand. Awesome for the townhouse if just want clean place to sleep ✔️

Despite being located right in the heart of the tourist area, the room was very quiet, and I had a truly relaxing stay. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. She took the time to write down recommended places on paper for me, and during the daytime she even lent me olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Rome!

This is the best place to stay because its really cloae to everything. You step out and see the Spanish Steps. Theis (I might be misspelling her name) was the best host and assisted us throughout our stay and even before that by helping us find alternate accommodations for before our stay as they were fully booked. Nicest person

I loved this place! Perfect location! Thais was incredible! She gave us so many suggestions for eating and exploring. Reason for 4 stars was that crazy shower! It had 6 different places where water could flow from and it was so hard to control. I stayed in 4 different hotels and did not have issues with showering except for this one. Maybe it was just our room!? I don’t know.

Thoughtful and super friendly host

Perfect location. Easy access to key tourist and dining/shopping spots. Clean and quiet room. Wonderful support from Thais!! She helped us with our luggage when we arrived and prepared breakfast for us in advance as she knew that we would be going to leave early morning for a local tour. Most importantly, she helped us to tackle the luggage storage issue due to our night flight. Thanks much for making our trip a smooth and warm one!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Townhouse Condotti 29. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt an der Piazza di Spagna, besser geht’s kaum. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Thais, die uns jeden Morgen beim Frühstück empfangen hat. Sie war immer unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Auch wenn wir selbst keine großen Frühstücker sind und es nicht genutzt haben, sah das Frühstück wirklich sehr liebevoll und hochwertig aus. Dass wir jeden Morgen sogar eine Flasche Wasser für unterwegs bekommen haben, fanden wir super aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung!

La suite es pequeña pero lo bastante cómoda, nosotros estuvimos 3 noches, de las cuales 2 no pudimos dormir porque el aire acondicionado no servía, se reportó y trataron de solucionar primero limpiándolo y luego nos dieron un ventilador, como no funcionó volví a reportar y ya en el último día nos cambiaron de habitación con un aire acondicionado que funcionaba, en el baño la tapa del baño rota y se movía, la cafetera estaba con moho por dentro. El personal estuvo atento pero siento que tardaron en solucionar y él no dormir bien, no nos permitía hacer nuestros tour bien. Nos proporcionaron desayuno todos los días de fruta, pan y café lo suficiente para arrancar el día. No fue mi mejor experiencia, ya que había preguntado si había que subir escalones y en la explicación no fueron lo suficientemente claros. Si se sube 2 tramos y si traen maletas tomarlo en cuenta. Es un lugar agradable pero hay que mejorar esos aspectos.
