「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「One of best hotels in the UK. Rooms are clean, staff is really helpful. Really good kids area which is a life saver when you are traveling with little one. Breakfast and all food in restaurant is delicious. 」

「Breakfast needs more choice especially the fruit, the pears were hard as rock, no bananas, no fruit salad. No beans for ages, they need to keep an eye on the hotplates. Invest in a coffee machine so there's a variety. Maybe also a bell at the downstairs bar. 」
