"This place is advertised as a HOTEL. It is NOT. Even though the name says it is an extended stay, they told us that they reserve some of the rooms as a hotel but you are still treated as though you moved into an apartment. There are no hotel amenities, (no shampoo/lotion/hair dryer, etc) no room service of any kind, no cleaning of the linens, floors, garbage while there. ALL rooms advertised as Non-Smoking but every room is smoked in and our room STUNK!! We immediately told the front desk and...
