"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold.
