"The staff was kind. I wouldn’t say friendly. There wasn’t much conversation, just asked for Id and credit card then we were handed keys. The outside door were we entered to get to our room was kind of run down and the railing in the staircase was very wobbly. The hallway to our room was clean. Our room worked well for us. It was clean and had all we needed. The fridge and microwave didn’t work at first but we figured out that it wasn’t plugged in. Breakfast the next morning had some basics. It would have been nice to have some salsa or cheese to add to the eggs or some home fries/ hashbrowns rather than baked beans. There wasn’t any milk or cream available for coffee just fake coffee mate. All in all it a fine stay and did the trick. Nothing notable or above and beyond. "

"The staff was quite friendly, respectful and super kind. They were very attentive. Now, tge con was that the shuttle to Rama was not functional, so if you're planning to stay there and party at Rama, call ahead. "

"The property overall is good. Location is great and the rooms are clean. Some staff I found were helpful and pleasant, some staff needed to share issues they were having on their shift. The breakfast could use a bit more variety."
