「Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

「When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night」

「Staff was friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to first one had a curry odor, the one thing I would say that really needs attention is the carpet in the rooms, they need to be cleaned like a couple times.」

「I fully paid for a night through 3rd party but no room served when check in. So, asked me to go other place and refund. It is no choice. Finally, the refund is declined and no any response when I try to contact again. 」

「Pictures and amenities were not the same as the pictures. No way to get a refund. It's fraud.」

「Place was absolutely disgusting, there was literally bugs crawling around on the desk. The refrigerator didn't work, the room smelled like body odor, the pool was closed. The only good thing was that the person working the front desk was nice enough to offer me a refund on my second night when I decided to leave early. No questions asked he just refunded me.」

「The hotel was located close to the reason I was in Brighton. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was somewhat limited for the hotel size, and the linens were old and rough.」

「The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Clean room, daily house keeping, pretty low key and chill. Wish there was outdoor seating somewhere to enjoy the outdoors or the gravel lot. There was a lot of debris and garbage in the landscaping though, not a deal breaker, but some daily or weekly maintenance would be nice.」
