"Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good"

"There was NO HOT WATER in our shower at all. My kids tried to swim in the morning but there was a maintenance guy relaxing in the hot tub. When we knocked he was yelling saying it was closed. A house keeper went in and he said he’ll be done in 30 minutes fixing it. When my kids finally got to swim. The hot tub was very dirty. Peeling paint floating in the water as well. When we were downstairs getting breakfast, a lady yelled at us stating my kids needed shoes on, not socks. Meanwhile homeless people were eating at the breakfast being served. We did NOT have a good stay. Despite the bad. Rooms are clean. So housekeepers do a good job. Front desk person was very nice."

"Outdated, and a bit run down, but clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator was broken, and I think it had been for sometime, and front desk staff offered to help get our bags to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was pretty bleak. It would have been nice to have had some fruit (any fruit) and maybe some bagel options? Yogurt? We were there three mornings and only tried it once."

"When we arrived we had a couple of small issues with the room. Basic maintenance issues. They moved us to another room. Both were very clean. The breakfast was comparable to other hotels we have stayed at. It was fresh and enough. The beds were comfortable. "

"There were breaking the towels in my room where used and it looked as if someone had laid on bed also no remote for tv after it taking 2 hours to get remote realized cable were not attached to tv. Just went to sleep instead of it taking 3 or 4 hours to be able to watch anything anyway"

"I would recommend checking into the smell of your guest bathrooms in the lower level of the hotel. I have been here twice for conferences and the bathrooms smell like a sewer is backing up. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but we had conference attendees commenting on this also which is not a good look for a conference."
