「We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area. 「2 things of concern. During my 4 night stay my plan was to relax and watch the NHL and NBA finals on TV. Somehow these network channels were not available either in my room or in the bar downstairs. The other concern was when I checked in I was told there would be coffee available 24/7 as my departure was very early in the AM. Maybe I should have asked if HOT coffee was available because when I departed, the available coffee was cold.」

「Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. 「The rooms was clean and comfortable. The shower is larger and it had a small kitchenette. You can stream Netflix on the TV, which is far better then cable. The bed was very nice and Marriott properties have the best pillows in my opinion. We even got a small snack with a bottle of water for being Bonvoy members.」
