「The batteries in the door lock died just as I needed to go in and retrieve my bag and leave for the airport. The person at the front desk was able to change them in time. I suggest that the batteries be changed on a regular schedule so this doesn't happen. Thank you.」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible
2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight.
2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!!

「Very centrally located, easy walking area on 16th Mall to Union Station, then in opposite direction to Cultural and government centers. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area too. 」
