「Great place, it’s my third time staying at the lodge. Easy access to all the moutain hikes, amazing scenery and lots of wildlife. 」

「Location was good for me as I was hiking in the area. Room is basic but comfortable and clean. Shower was warm and good pressure. Walls are very thin between rooms so I was woken a few times by my neighbours playing videos on their phones and snoring. Otherwise, good stay. Service stations and cafes in Aratula.」

「Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. 」

「This "resort" is an absolute dive. Its quite clear zero money has been spent to upkeep the property. It is dirty, mouldy, decking board's are broken and coming up. There is no putt putt, games room or activities. 」
