"Arrival, parking, and check in were easy. Unfortunately, the room key cards did not work in our assigned room on 4th floor. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up to room, still did not work. I stayed there while employee went back down to try another set of key cards for a third room. That one worked. I'm pretty sure we were put in a smaller room than what we paid for, but I didn't say anything because we had a room. The next morning we are at the pool a few minutes after 9 to swim, pool opens at 9, doors were locked. Several other guests were also waiting to get in. One of them went to front desk and shortly after someone unlocked the door from the inside to access pool area. A few minutes later a lifeguard arrived. "
