"The staff give us excellent service. From the time we entered and left the hotel they greeted us, assisted us and making if everything was alright with us. We will recommend this hotel. This hotel was far more than five star hotel. I really appreciate everyone who work doing my stay at the hotel."

"We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said this was construction in the next building when, in fact, it was the ROOM next door. He said he would tell workers to be mindful esp during afternoon naptime hours. Nice, big buffet for breakfast. Good location. Convenient to metro and busy la Rambla area! Our interior room was quiet. "
