「The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!」

「Santa Maria a Poneta ylitti odotuksemme. Koko alue, kiinteistöt, työntekijät, omistajat, eläimet olivat kaikki ihania. Työntekijät huolehtivat viihtyvyydestämme ja rakastuimme talon kaikkiin eläimiin. Ennenkaikkea Felipe vei meidän sydämet. Tila on todella kaunis ja erittäin hyvin hoidettu, samoin talot sisältä. Auringonlaskut ja nousut todella upeita. Suunnittelemme jo toista reissua paikkaan, haluaisin asua samanlaisessa paikassa. Omistaja Susanna on erittäin ihana, kiitos teille !!」

「Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved with better variety 」

「Breakfast is great. The variety is good. 」

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」
