"We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.

"This would have been perfect had the room not had a strange smell. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was imaculate. Great hot water and plenty of towels. The lady at check in was one of the most professional and friendly hotel clerks I have ever met.This was an excellent value for our brief stay. Coffee available 24/7. Breakfast is fruit and muffins. (note: I am extremely picky!)"
