"Good location for walking downtown and catching public transport. Not in a loud area. Rooms are clean and have a fridge. There is no in-room coffee but coffee in the morning in the lobby. Most front desk staff helpful. The $10 food credit was nice in theory but no food for someone with celiac. Both the restaurant and bar claimed I was getting gluten-free modifications, and both times I was later sick."

"The person who checked us in was so very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was nice and the coffee was pretty good. The pool and hot tub area was pretty dirty though. Tons of hair all over the floor and some garbage tucked into interesting places. Yuck"

"Loved that the hotel was newish, clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the one day we had it there. Now the negative- small things really but noticeable. The Standard room felt a little cramped for two people, the closet/storage space was too small for 2 bags and the bathrooms didn't have sufficient hooks/rods for 2 towels to dry. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, texted them for towels in the morning and they didn't come, had to again call in the evening. When they did the room, somehow they missed taking the old set of towels lying on the floor, so then we had to keep them out the next day. Neighborhood just a few blocks away was overrun with homeless people shooting up, of course that's not the hotel's fault."

"parking sucked but i got lucky finding street parking right across the street for the 5 days i was there. staff were amazing ! big shout out to jake he was very helpful and sweet! my room was great only down fall was how thin the walls were, i got a noise complaint from simple watching a show on my phone."
