I used this place to catch up on some sleep before a late flight out. It's a tiny room but very comfortable. If you're after value for Money and don't need anything fancy this is a good spot to stop at. Very good location, friendly staff and the room was very clean and comfortable.

S box is a great hotel for a few days for backpackers or people with small luggage. because it’s a small room but very nice, clean, and modern. I would stay here again.

Good Budget hotel at good location
Basic hotel with small rooms of various sizes - from very small to small . Basement rooms are really small with no windows . Hotel location is very good within 10 minutes walk to BTS train station and shopping malls . Good for stay if looking budget hotel . Check in time is strictly 3pm.

I always book this hotel at the beginning and the end of my vacations in Bangkok because I know I can count on their excellent service and reliability. Year after year it continues to exceed expectations. Admittedly, it is a small property with small rooms, but it offers everything I need including good quality toiletries, sparkling clean bathroom, good Wi-Fi, and a small but satisfying breakfast that leaves room for some street food later. In addition to the standard amenities the rooms have some nice extras like mood lights and automatic curtains. The location is also ideal with restaurants, street food, shops, bars and pubs, parks, grocery stores and big shopping centers all well within walking distance. Plus, because the hotel sits in the middle between higher and lower Sukhumvit next to the Phrom Phong BTS station, no place is too far away. But of course its greatest asset is the staff: always caring and attentive, they will never let you down. This place is a real life example of the phrase "good things come in small packages".

This hotel was wonderful and we stayed there two months. The rooms are small but the staff is wonderful, warm and helpful. Pikky, Pop, John were beyond helpful. Also Beer, the doorman, was kind and warm. The two ladies in the breakfast, O and Tilan, were warm and beautiful with us, we felt so welcomed each and every morning. The cleaning lady, Pawarvita, was so nice and loving. The location is perfect. The room walls are thin and you can hear the neighbor taking a shower, and if it is at 2am, it sucks…

Great hotel s31. S box upgraded me to their sister hotel across the street from being over sold. S31 was great. Super comfortable bed and room. Only downside I would say is limited Tv channels and not really much English Tv.

Very convenient location, exceptionally clean and modern. But unknowingly I booked a capsule room in the basement. This is a very tiny room without any windows. At first, I thought I can't stay there and will need to look for another accommodation. However, it was a matter of one night, so I stayed, and in the end, it was fine. All amenities were there including an electric kettle and a safe box. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

This is a very clean and well kept hotel that never let me down. The staff is friendly and professional and the location is convenient to all sorts of activities. I'm a happy returning guests. The only slight annoyance is that the shower in some if the rooms tend to overflow.
