"Had booked room for 3 adults and got a large apartment with kitchen and living area! Perfectly located with free bus service into town (easily walkable). Reception could not have been more helpful and Chili's restaurant is not bad! Made use of the laundry facilities and ice machine, sadly not the hot tub due to injury. Free private parking. Would highly recommend."

"In the quieter part of Banff, but a short bus ride to the "downtown" area. The check in process was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The lobby was cute and cozy, perfect for a fireside chat or having a cup of coffee. The underground paid parking is tight - we were often nervous that if we left with our car then we would not have a spot when we returned."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful and location not far from Banff. I wish we knew about the coffee in the lobby earlier! Hot tub was great after long hikes. Decor is a bit outdated but felt very cozy and charming. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We would 100% come back."
