"Booked a one night stay on a ski vacation. Very warm welcome from the staff, and a super easy check in process. We were given an upgraded experience due to our expedia level, which included some complementry items such as a bottle of wine. The property is nice, but there is certainly room for improvement.
When we opened the door, it was quite a nice little place, however you could tell it had been renovated....... either in haste or tight budget. Flooring gaps around all the registers is a prime example.
The room also included amenities such as local soaps/shampoos/conditioners, or at least the bottles were there, but a number of the products were empty. We had to ask for toilet paper as the unit had no stock, and the roll left for our arrival was........ lacking.
Overall a good stay, but missing many of those "easy" to catch items. "
"Pool was amazing. The one restaurant was closed for renovations but the one that was open was great. The staff was so helpful it was a fantastic weekend. "
