Nice hotel located nearby Bandung city

Staff are friendly.Comfort bed even we cant enjoy the view of Bandung.The room is insufficient with natural light during daytime.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Zodiak.

Away from city,

At the airport I made several calls to hotel to inform staff that I had left my hphone in my hotel room. Unfortunately there no respond from the hotel receptionist. I know the hotel staff cannot be trusted.Bad experience.

Convinient and value for money

Its a very peaceful place. Far from busy mainroad (eg Chihampelas, Pasar Baru etc). The food is good eventhough not much varieties.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff

The hotel overall was so good and clean, staff are very friendly 24 hrs. Although they serve the breakfast at 7:00and because of the location of the hotel I need to leave the hotel most days before 7:00, it was very delicious when I tried it I highly recommend it to others

lokasi cukup nyaman, tidak berisik, area parkir sangat terbatas, handuk untuk mandi sudah berwarna tidak putih, jadi risih utk memakainya. kamar cukup bersih, menu sarapan seadanya saja, walaupun rasanya cukup enak. secara keseluruhan lumayan.

Good but could be better!

The room was good, but the lightning wasn't operated well. There were traces of ironing on a chair and the couch. I heard the noisy sound continously from the next room, or maybe from the bathroom. The tv satellite didn't give me any football channel! The signpost room (when you out from the elevator) didn't show my room number!

Where's my booking confirmation?

I booked the hotel on Jun 23rd, and stayed for 1 nite on 27th. I chose "pay at hotel". I arrived at the hotel around 8PM and tried to check in, but the reservation didn't notice the booking, and I sent the booking confirmation email twice. The FO just received the email the day after. In order to get my rest, I was offered by the FO to take the walk-in rate, I agreed. The next morning I read the T&C for cancellation, it's said that no-show equal min 1 night payment. I paid more than the deal I got from hotels.com, I expect the accounting to sort this out and considers I stayed at the hotel using hotels.com. So I don't need to pay twice.

Comfort and clean hotel

I had a great experience here with the friendly manager n all the staff who are really helpful.. Whenever I need any advice or help especially the manager had been a great help..I would consider to stay here again whenever I am in Bandung in future. .

A nice hotel to get away from the hustle bustle

My experience with the hotel was really good, the staff was always smiling helpful and good to me. As for the room, it is really cosy and i would recommend it to everyone who doesnt mind staying a bit farther to city.

The service was great. I finds the "cabin" toilet are bigger than some of those review mention. Location so-so, need to take a cab every time. Do take a hotel name card as not much ppl knows where is the hotel. But indeed it's near the airport. Food are okie, chef is friendly. Good stay
