"Friendly, helpful staff at the check-in and check-out. Gave us some history of the hotel, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the material condition of the room, especially the bathroom. The room needs to be repaired and/or renovated. The caulking and wood trim are in pretty poor condition. Overall, a good place to stay the night."

"Property and amenities are wonderful. Our room was only cleaned once over a 3 night stay and toiletries were not replenished. The beds were quite hard but other than that the resort is beautiful and offers a lot to do."

"Frustration with a required high parking fee without an option for free parking. Wasn’t as clean in the common areas as we would have liked. The decor was dated and clearly old with some pretty bad wear on it. There is so much potential to be a great resort, but they don’t take the necessary next steps to be in the next level resort category. We enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of the comfort we had, but it just was missing something. "
