"Rooms were large! Pool was small but nice to lounge in. The property is quite close to multiple night markets and like 60 temples. I paid for taxi pickup/return and breakfast with the room, both of which were quite good. A small way to improve breakfast might be to have some small signage for the dishes that may be unfamiliar to foreigners- I saw a few people who didn’t know what congee was for example."

"Breakfast buffet is small with only a few options, but it was good and service was good. The staff are nice and friendly. The main lobby is open to the street and is comfortable for resting and meeting people. The bedroom was nice and clean with good AC. The shower and bathroom look very new, but the shower floor was built too flat so the water doesn't drain fast or well. Bring your own shampoo and soap. The hotel provides these, but I should have brought my own."

From the moment I arrived, the friendly and incredibly helpful staff made me feel right at home, providing the kind of warm hospitality that sets the tone for a perfect trip. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days of exploring. Its location was absolutely perfect for a first-timer, situated right near the Night Bazaar and Pantip Lifestyle Hub, which served me wonderfully for endless food options and shopping. To top it all off, organizing excursions was completely stress-free, as I was able to book fantastic tours right out of the city directly from the convenience of the hotel lobby."

"Icon Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and several attractions nearby. One of the best khao soi restaurants in the city was even within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy one of Chiang Mai's signature dish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, so they never felt cramped. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. It was an excellent home base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."

"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant. Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement. Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens). Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
