「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「I know it is just a motel and I can't have too much expectation on it. But the cleanliness still can't meet the standard of a motel. Also, bathing soup is run out and hair dryer is not available, which made us inconvenience. The only advantage is that it is close to supermarket. No more.」

「The room is very spacious. And, our room is facing the ocean, the sceneries, especially during sunrise, is incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. There are many dishes for the buffet breakfast. The taste is also above standard. Carpark is amazing. We can park our car safely underground. 」

「The view is nice and room is cozy. Air con is placed at the right top of bed so the wind is directly blown to bed, either super cold or super hot. Restaurants close at 8pm so not many choice for late arrival / check-in」
