"Room was brand new, so definitely spotless. bedding and towels were soft and fluffy. The walk in shower was roomy and excellent. Staff were, generally, very good. When we checking on the Sunday, there was a long wait as I feel that Amber should have not been on her own. Other items was more toiletries in the bathroom. eg. shower caps, combs and spare toothbrush and toothpaste. Also special mention to the Sunday morning breakfast team. Breakfast was outstanding - the cooked offer were great especially the 'creamy' scrambled eggs (how scrambled eggs should be cooked) and the chicken sausages. However the breakfast staff were clearly new and less experienced and were not as attentive as expected in a 5 star hotel. "

"everything was great! they let us check in earlier because the room was ready, the room itself was clean and spacious, the staff were lovely and accommodating. reception gave us free drinks due to a misunderstanding (my fault for not messaging and checking but it wasn't held against me), and the bar staff went above and beyond. Wonderful experience, definitely would stay again!"

"Small unit but comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Aren't soundproofed from othe units, but away feom the street sounds. Spoke with staff before arriving as had late arrival, accommadated easily."

"The apartment exceeded our expectations, very clean and spacious, gentleman running the place was very friendly and lovely to deal with. Parking was very easy. The pool was lovely. Motel was central to everything we needed during our stay."
