「This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. The house is big and 2 rooms with 4 beds and good for family. Outside have some kids playground and small lake. So relax and quiet place. 」

「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「I know it is just a motel and I can't have too much expectation on it. But the cleanliness still can't meet the standard of a motel. Also, bathing soup is run out and hair dryer is not available, which made us inconvenience. The only advantage is that it is close to supermarket. No more.」

「Room was brand new, so definitely spotless. bedding and towels were soft and fluffy. The walk in shower was roomy and excellent. Staff were, generally, very good. When we checking on the Sunday, there was a long wait as I feel that Amber should have not been on her own. Other items was more toiletries in the bathroom. eg. shower caps, combs and spare toothbrush and toothpaste. Also special mention to the Sunday morning breakfast team. Breakfast was outstanding - the cooked offer were great...
