「We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.」

「Location is very good Room is tidy and clean. You can cook at room Easy to park the car But A Room is different with others room that it required to walk a distance from car park. if you have some luggage, it is not so convenience. 」

「The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.」

「Great location after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania and late check in was easy. Unit was clean and warm, beds were comfortable, however top bunk was quite creaky for the kids. I would stay here again. 」

「Recommend the secure parking , pay the extra and have that peace of mind that your vehicle is locked at night onsite. Friendly staff always so welcoming. Studio was well appointed and tidy but did not have a window to the outside which felt a little closed in. Always happy to stay there, thankyou for another lovely stay.」

「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...
