「Excellent room. Poor water pressure and being charged for parking only let downs」

「The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.」

「Recommend the secure parking , pay the extra and have that peace of mind that your vehicle is locked at night onsite. Friendly staff always so welcoming. Studio was well appointed and tidy but did not have a window to the outside which felt a little closed in. Always happy to stay there, thankyou for another lovely stay.」

「Excellent Meal and service at the Bistro. Room cleanliness was average and the Spa not working properly! Wouldn’t stay there again at nearly $200.00 a night!!」

「Great location. Disgusting room, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Dirty floors, dirty bed sheets/ stained, bath towels had brown stains on them, very outdated furniture, bed was so saggy must have been 50years old. If this place is the only accommodation available sleep in your car.」
