「Brand new. State of the art of property in wonderful location with excellent views. Beautifully designed inside and out. Every detail carefully considered and executed. Excellent friendly service. Great breakfast. 10th floor restaurant very good. Rooftop patio very nice place to enjoy the views and experience the midnight sun. Only minor complaint that we found we couldn’t get the room cool enough for our liking. Strongly recommend this property. It really is excellent.」

「遠離市區相對便宜但是在機場邊，但市內公車發達快速準時，值得再次入住！周邊又有食物與雜貨大賣場，又可以看飛機起降」

「Spacious room. Great staff. Welcome drink n snacks was very thoughtful. Good spread of breakfast. I like the handheld shower head just that it was leaking. Everything very good except for the location. It’s not in town. E-car charging port a bit far n no place to rest while charging. Should have an eatery nearby charging port. 」

「房內燈掣鬆動，主燈無法開啟。反映後，職員表示因客滿無法更換房間，最終僅補償兩支瓶裝水，處理方式未能解決實際住宿問題。 廁所設施陳舊，洗手盤水龍頭開關異常困難，使用極為不便。 房門鎖合感應不良，需反覆用力關閉多次才能成功上鎖，對住宿安全構成疑慮。」

「The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. 」

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to...
