When we entered Hotel you could smell damp in the corridors. Refurbishment and better maintenance should be a focus. Facilities are okay but is visible they're not maintained as they should be. Finally breakfast is unacceptable for...

「Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. 「I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. Black mould has been there for a...
