「The property itself was a lovely upstairs room, generous in size and very close to the rail station with a direct line to Edinburgh. We had a two night stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. A generous soak bath tub is in the main bedroom. Little snacks were a pleasant gift. Small issues were disappointing.On arrival there was no soap in the container and We were disappointed that despite asking for the room to be serviced, the soap was not replenished, toilet paper not replenished and...

「We had a lovely stay and found the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, although it was very warm and could have done with a fan. When we checked out, I mentioned this and was informed that we could have asked for a fan from reception. There were quite a few stairs and no lift so this was challenging as I have mobility issues but a member of staff helped us with our cases,so that was a help.」
