「Room service was terrible they did not make the beds clean the room the room smelled musty we had to switch rooms didn't even take the old towels was very disappointed cleanliness was not good and they constantly ran out of food for the breakfast」

「The room was in great condition. The staff was all friendly and helpful. For us, the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel as far what they offered and their staff kept it well stocked and cleaned up (because guests do not know how to simply clean up when serving themselves). We thought the Fairfield in Southport, NC did a great job overall and we enjoyed our stay. The only draw back to us was the parking lot was on the smaller side.」

「Appreciated our balcony located nearest the water and view. Wonderful to have frig, coffee maker, and kitchen. Great for warming up leftovers for lunch. Decent storage - we were there for 4 nights so really "moved in." Walking distance to center of town - but pleasantly "off the beaten track." Staff were very nice as well. We didn't end up using the pool - but was clearly enjoyed by others.」

「We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/...
